Background/interests/hobbies: Lila has a general interest in writing news stories and enjoys following current events, locally and globally. She is an Arts & Entertainment editor for The Merionite, Lower Merion’s school newspaper. She plays field hockey, and is a member of the crew team. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching TV, and reading.

Reason for applying: Lila wants to improve her writing skills by working with proven professionals.
