Background/Interests/Hobbies: Maya is always drawing or making digital art, while singing along to turn-of-the-millennium R&B. She performed in a school production of Honk! Jr. and loves to dance.

Reasons for applying for the workshop: She applied to the workshop for an opportunity to write and to be exposed to the world of journalism.
