Background/Interest/Hobbies: Sofia Dimo moved to America seven years ago, when she was 10. Sofia speaks four languages and is the president of the Italian Club at her high school. In addition to sleeping, Sofia enjoys learning languages, writing, listening to music, and traveling. Her life quote is: “Live, for we never know when or how our lives are going to change.”

Reason for applying for the workshop: Sofia signed up for the workshop to get writing experience and improve her writing skills. She also wouldn’t mind meeting new people.

Looking ahead: Sofia says that she wants to go to Temple for International Business, with Journalism as a possible minor.
