Grade: 12th

Background/interests/hobbies: I’m an Indian American majoring in biology, minoring in neuroscience on a pre-med track. I have research experience at the University of Pennsylvania, am a member of my school’s National Honors Society, Multicultural Club, MAAST (MaST Asian American Student Team), and much more. I enjoy reading/writing different genres varying from creative to research writing and plan to write a novel someday.

Reason for applying to the workshop: I applied to the Acel Moore workshop to make connections with professionals and peers and improve my writing/storytelling skills while creating my first publication.

Future plans: I plan to commit to eight years of school and residency in pursuit of becoming a neurologist.
