Grade: 10th

Background/interests/hobbies: I enjoy reading fiction and fantasy novels, as well as writing some of my own. I am an avid movie fan and love watching all different kinds of movies. I also love coming up with my own screenplays and writing scripts for them.

Reason for applying to the workshop: Storytelling has always been a huge part of who I am and was thrilled to hear the theme of this program was “Untold Stories.” I love listening to other people’s stories and making sure their voices are heard. I saw this program as a brilliant and exciting way of doing just that.

Future plans: I hope to pursue a career in filmmaking, whether that be screenwriting, directing, or acting.
