Girard College is not just a boarding school; it is a home where children grow up into adults. While its history is preserved through its routine, the joyfulness of its students brings the school to life.
We see the formality of the school’s 7:55 a.m. marches, the quiet seminar classes, but we also experience the informality of a girl daydreaming at a window, or the laughter of a “necklace war” in the dorms; we can feel the quietness of a Friday of study hall.
