Background/interests/hobbies: I am a very creative person, and I enjoy all things creative. I like creative writing, especially writing stories of the fantasy genre. I also do theater, which includes acting in plays, musicals, and improvisation. I enjoy creating colorful graphic designs as well.
Reason for applying to the workshop: I applied to this workshop because I have never received any class or instruction for creative writing other than a standard English Language Arts/English class. I am eager to build and learn transferrable skills that I can put forth into a career one day.
Future plans: I am not sure what field I want to go in. I am considering criminal law and advertising and marketing. In my future, I want to do something that incorporates creativity with color that is an interesting job that pays well.
