Background/interests/hobbies: I love nearly all music-related activities and enjoy taking pictures casually in my free time. I am also involved in Girls Inc., a women’s advocacy group, and work at my local Free Library.
Reason for applying to the workshop: My reason for applying to the Acel Moore workshop is to gain knowledge and insight into the journalism career path. I am confident in my writing skills, but I wish to improve them and have exposure to a professional setting.
Future plans: I don’t know what I want to do in the future, but I’m trying to touch on all the subjects that I am passionate about to be able to decide what I wish to be after leaving high school.
